We will endeavor to charge the cost of delivery during the actual purchase of the item on this website; however, it is when it is impossible to determine the actual delivery cost using the transaction. We have a special arrangement with Nova Poshta (private postal service) for the delivery of goods to our customers. Estimated charges for local deliveries within Ukraine are 40 UAH minimum per order. All other areas will be quoted prior to sending the order to you.
Please do not hesitate to contact us and let us know if you have a bright idea on how to cut down our delivery charges to less than what is shown above—to the benefit of our teeming customers! We aim to deliver all goods ordered within 12-24 hours of receipt of order notice (working days). You can put in orders any time, even on weekends.
All orders are subject to availability.
If we do not have an item ordered in stock as at the time of receipt of your order, we shall promptly email or call you to inform you and let you know when the item may be available and delivered.
Cancellation

Payment
We receive payment in UAH using the following cards: American Express, MasterCard or Visa credit card, or Visa Electron cards at our shop through our POS.
There is an option of payment on delivery to other cities through Nova Poshta (private postal service).
