DELIVERY
We will Endeavor to charge cost of delivery during actual purchase of item on this website, however, when it is impossible to determine actual delivery cost using the transaction. We have special arrangement with Nova Poshta (Private postal Service) for the delivery of goods to our customers. Estimated Charges for Local Deliveries within Ukraine is 40grv minimum per order, All other areas will be quoted prior to sending the order to you.

We aim to deliver all goods ordered for within 12-24hours of receipt of order notice (working days). You can put in orders any time even at weekends.

We use Nova Poshta delivery method since it’s one of the best option that covers every part of the Country.
How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?
Nova Poshta delivery takes from 24 to 48 hours depending on location across the Country.
Note that when you order on Friday it might take additional time to deliver due to the weekend between your order.
How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order arrived to the specified Nova Poshta branch you will receive SMS via Viber or your mobile phone.
You will receive call only when you choose home delivery as at option during your order.
