Nigerian Brown Beans are also known as Nigerian Red Beans. They are small, light brown and are used to tropicalise a vast range of Nigerian dishes. These versatile beans can be used to make soups and stews as well as the famous Moyin Moyin and Gbegiri soup. Though Gbegiri is called a soup, it has the consistency of a stew and can be served with rice. Enjoy!
